Dear potential vendor,
We are happy to hear of your interest in participating in our Annual Ann Arbor Russian Orthodox Festival on September 19-20, 2026! Below are some details regarding what we will provide you with and what we expect from you.
What we provide:
- The visitors! The Festival is being heavily advertised in Ann Arbor community and surrounding areas. Therefore, every year we have had at least 5000 visitors interested in exploring Russian culture over the two days. This year we expect even more!
- a space in our vendors area with a 10 ft. long front;
- NO direct competition for the vendors: we do our best to ensure that there is no one else offering the same product or service at the festival;
- parking for vendors guided on the spot;
- porta-potties available on the grounds;
- running water inside the church building;
- trash collection;
- the Festival will run on
Saturday, September 19, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm, and
Sunday, September 20, 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
What we expect you to provide:
- coordination with us ahead of time on the products/services you will be selling/advertising and prices in order for us to ensure an authentic experience for the visitors and to avoid competition problems;
- please contact your vendor coordinator with the above information before the deadline of September 1, 2026;
- you bring your own 10’x10’ pop-up tent, table(s), decorations, and chairs. If you are traveling from out of state or are a non-profit organization, for an additional fee, the Festival will do its best to provide you with the tent, table, and chairs. Please talk to your vendor coordinator by September 1st to arrange for those things.
- pleasant and courteous demeanor to the Festival visitors;
- if you are of ethnic origin related to the Russian or an Orthodox culture, please share it with the guests as best as you can;
- arrive about two hours before the start of the Festival to allow time to set up and then park off the Festival grounds about 15 minutes before the start time.
- a vendor fee of $550 for the weekend should be paid before September 1st by check;
- if the fee is paid after the deadline or at the Festival, then it’s $650 for the weekend, cash only. However, the space is not guaranteed, if the fee is not paid before the deadline.
- one-day-only participation fees are as follows:
- Saturday only - $400 ($450 cash after the deadline or on the day of the Festival),
